We’re excited to announce that we’ll be hosting another season of Pilates Teacher Training starting February 2027! 🤍

If you’ve ever dreamed of turning your passion for Pilates into a career, this is your opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.

With small cohort sizes, you’ll receive personalized guidance and plenty of opportunities to practice and build confidence in your teaching. Our experienced instructor trainers will work alongside you throughout the entire journey, offering mentorship, feedback, and support every step of the way.

As a Pilates studio that has been part of the community for almost 20 years, we offer the unique opportunity to complete your observation and training hours in an established studio with a loyal clientele and a team of experienced, highly trained instructors.

Have you ever wanted the cardio benefits of running without the impact on your joints?

A 30 minute Jumpboard class uses a padded board attached to the Reformer, allowing you to “jump” while lying down. The springs provide resistance while supporting the body, creating a fun, dynamic workout that combines Pilates principles with cardiovascular conditioning.

Benefits of Jumpboard Pilates:

✨ Builds lower body strength
✨ Enhances coordination and balance
✨ Challenges core stability
