I’ve been training with Pete for over 30 years, which probably means he knows my excuses better than I do! Somehow, even on the days I don’t feel like showing up or I’m convinced I can’t do something, Pete always finds a way to get me through it — and somehow I’m always happy I did after.

What makes Pete different is that he genuinely cares. Yes, he’ll push you (sometimes more than you’d like in the moment!), but it’s always because he believes in you even when you don’t believe in yourself. Over the years, he’s helped me become stronger physically and mentally, and his knowledge of how the body works is incredible.

The best part? The results just keep getting better with age — more confidence, more energy, and feeling better overall. And honestly, it’s not just the workouts… Pete’s constant words of wisdom and encouragement get me through life too. Training with him has become such an important part of my life, and I truly can’t imagine not doing it. So Grateful!!!
