Through a blend of practical tools, guided practices, light movement, and group discussion, you’ll develop simple, usable ways to move through life with more flexibility and less strain—so you can show up as the best version of yourself in the moments that matter most.

This isn’t about escaping stress. It’s about changing how you experience and move through it—without burning out.

In April, during Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we’re turning our gratitude toward the first responders who show up in our community’s most urgent moments — police, EMS, and dispatch teams.

From April 20 - 26, all first responders receive a FREE week of yoga 🚑

Yoga can help counterbalance the intense physical and emotional demands of their work, supporting strength, mobility, breath control, and stress relief.

To redeem, First Responders simply:
• create an online profile if you don’t have one already
• add your credit card to your profile. Although it’s free, unlimited passes won’t run without one
• come to the studio during the free week
• show proof of employment
• try to come at least 20 minutes before class to get checked in
• enjoy unlimited classes (space permitting)

Please share this with a first responder you know — this offer is one small way to say thank you for all that they do.

When life doesn’t allow for a retreat to the mountains or the beach, the urban retreat can mean taking 75 minutes to unplug, build self-awareness, and experience a profound sense of peace. 

This class was a hit last year! It’s like a Yang Yin class ending with a live music savasana and deep rest. The Urban Retreat can benefit anyone experiencing overwhelm, chronic pain,  struggling with sleep, lack of focus, or those that are simply looking for new a nervous system reset.
