Over the past month, all four of our coaches have stepped onto the competition floor and put their training to the test. We wanted to take a moment to congratulate each of them and let them know how proud we are of their hard work, dedication, and commitment to leading by example.

From April 23–25, we’re hosting a HYROX Physical Fitness Test in support of GoodLife Kids Foundation.

This is your chance to challenge your fitness, experience a HYROX-style event, and be part of something bigger than yourself.

Event times:
Thursday: 1:00–4:00 PM
Friday: 1:00–3:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00–11:00 AM

Entry is $25, with all proceeds going directly to GoodLife Kids Foundation. Donations over $25 are eligible for a tax receipt.

Whether you’re training hard right now or just looking for a new challenge, this is an opportunity to test your strength, endurance, and mindset in a high-energy environment.
