One of the hardest goodbyes we've had to say...
Our favorite Aussie coach, Fitness Manager, and friend, Rebecca, is stepping down from her role at Revive, after an incredible 2 years with our Revive community.
Over the years, Rebecca has made a lasting impact on so many of us. From the workouts that pushed us to our limits (and somehow kept us coming back for more 😅), to the energy she brought the moment you walked through the door, she made every class feel special.
She has motivated us through challenges, celebrated our victories, encouraged us on the tough days, and helped so many members achieve personal bests they never thought possible.
While we're sad to see her go, we're so grateful for everything she's brought to our community and the friendships she's built along the way.
Join us for Rebecca's last regular Wednesday morning classes on June 10th at 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM, and stay after class for a small celebration at the studio as we send her off with lots of love, laughter, and maybe a few tears. ❤️

Coach Anthony, presents us with the mobility move for the month for June.
Shoulder Armbar with Extension
This mobility movement helps improve shoulder stability, thoracic rotation, and overhead range of motion while opening through the chest and lats. By combining the armbar position with controlled extension, you’ll build strength and mobility through the shoulder joint while encouraging better posture and movement quality.
Focus on slow, controlled breathing and avoid forcing the range of motion. The goal is to create tension, stability, and smooth movement — not just stretch aggressively.
Great for:
Tight shoulders and chest
Improving overhead mobility
Supporting pressing and pulling exercises
Counteracting desk posture and daily stiffness

Our 40-Day Challenge is coming to an end, and we couldn't be more proud of everyone who committed to their health and wellness journey.

When life gets busy, fitness is usually one of the first things to fall off.
Long workdays, meetings, family responsibilities—it adds up quickly. And suddenly, working out starts to feel like just another task on an already full schedule.
But the reality is, staying consistent with fitness isn’t about having more time. It’s about having a plan that actually fits your life. You don’t need to train every day to see results. In fact, most busy professionals do better with a simple, structured routine they can stick to.
Two to four well-planned workouts per week is often enough to build strength, improve energy, and feel better overall. The key is consistency—not doing everything at once. One of the biggest challenges is decision fatigue. After a long day, the last thing you want to do is figure out what workout to do. That’s where structure makes a difference. When your workouts are planned ahead of time, you remove the guesswork. You show up, follow the plan, and get it done without overthinking it.
