This coming Saturday the shop will be closed as i will be attending the World's Largest Convoy for Special Olympics. This will be my 10th year attending this amazing event did you know that little ol Nova Scotia has maintained the record for the most trucks in attendance and the most money's raised. These Convoys are held in 24 U.S. states and 4 Canadian provinces. In the comment section i will post the link for the route map incase you are local and want to come out and show support and I will also post a the link if you would like to sponsor me and help our Special Olympics Athletes as cost can be pretty hefty for them. But together we can make a difference.

Figured i best grab a couple pictures now for the next ups because it sounds like we might have some rain coming. The mower is getting a full service and the snowblower is getting a full service plus some other issues addressed stay tuned for video updates over the weekend.

So this big ol beast starts when cold doesn't really sound proper when running. Once the engine warms up she spits and sputters then dies then wont start so after running a couple of diagnostic checks I've narrowed it down to a faulty ignition coil New one ordered should be here Monday.

Well the vacation last camping trip went out with a "bang" we'll say the poor ol 6.4L overheated on us about 10 km from home our 20 minutes turned into several hour's but we made her home and my good friend David Gauvreau came to our rescue and got the trailer returned to our storage location. Now before I can do anything else I have to fix the old boy up.

Just want to update folks I will be closed this coming Saturday September 19 till Wednesday September 23rd as we are heading out for one last camping trip. And also Saturday October 3rd I'll be closed as it is that time of year again when over 200 big rigs hits the streets of Eastern Passage, Dartmouth and Cole Harbour raising money for Special Olympics Nova Scotia. This year marks my 10th year in attendance something I look forward to all year please come out and support our Special Olympics athletes. Attached is the link of the route map.
