September always feels like a fresh start with the return of routines, new schedules and the back-to-school season… this makes it the perfect time to try something new!

From September 14 to 25 we will have beginner courses in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai for both kids and adults. Each Intro course will include six structured classes designed to help complete beginners learn (or those looking to return to martial arts) the fundamentals in a welcoming, smaller-group setting!

Kids BJJ for Ages 4–12
Kids Muay Thai for Ages 8+
Adult Muay Thai
Adult BJJ

Congratulations to and for their performances in the Canadian Open over the weekend!

Morey was able to secure silver in his division, only 5 days after receiving his promotion to Blue Belt

Graeme fought in the Open Weight division against 2 ultra-heavy weight black belts, and was able to come out with silver, after winning his first match decisively, but unable to secure the win in a back and forth finals

When asked about the tournament, morey had to say;
“It was definitely a challenge, but I was excited to test myself. Being thrown right into blue belt pushed me to learn a lot and gave me confidence moving forward.

Travelling to compete made the event feel even more special, and it was great getting to test myself against new opponents.

I’m looking forward to continuing to improve at blue belt, competing more, and continuing to progress

Congratulations .ig Andrew for your great performance in Montreal! , against a skilled opponent you were able to get the job done in the second round! A lot of blood sweat and tears went into preparation and it surely paid off

We want to thank your opponent Adam for taking the fight on shorter notice as your previous opponent had to pull out; you’re a warrior and we truly appreciate you stepping in and making the match happen!
