On April 15, we came together—both in person and online—to connect with our members to share our next steps to reopening. Many of us had to find new places to throw rocks this season. It wasn’t what we had planned, but we adapted, supported each other, and found new homes.

As the season comes to a close, we want to say a big thank you to the HRM clubs who welcomed our members with open arms. Your kindness and support truly meant a lot to our community. ❤️

Now, it’s time to look ahead. We’re excited for what’s next and can’t wait to put our plans into action and be back home this fall. 🥌

Team Robinson back from Grande Prairie reporting a great time both on and off the ice. The Grand Prairie Curling Centre sure knows how to host an event. The umpires , timekeepers, ice Technician crew, and all of the volunteers were top notch; everything you would expect at a Canadian Championship.

Finishing with a 3 - 6 and it could have been at least 5 - 4. They took three teams to 8 ends and lost a heartbreaker to PEI in an extra end.
The "word on the street" was "don't take Team Nova Scotia lightly" as they will battle you to the end. They did Nova Scotia and the Dartmouth Curling Club proud!

Team Robinson would like to thank everyone who attended the team send-off and Trivia Night at the DCC on Saturday night.

As we prepare to head off to the 2026 Canadian Masters Curling Championships in Grande Prairie (April 6–12), we are truly moved by well wishers and the financial generosity of DCC members, family, friends, and members of other curling clubs (CFB Halifax, Halifax CC, Lakeshore CC, Mayflower CC) that "adopted" us at their clubs this season.

- Jack Whalen for hosting the Trivia Night with a theme of "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly"
- Jennifer Collier for promoting the event
- Wilf and Stephen for tending the bar
- Louanne Labelle, Cathy Dalziel and the DCC board for their support and also for contacting Curling Nova Scotia so that we could compete and represent the Dartmouth Curling Club at various bonspiels this season
- Denise Nicholson for donations to our prize table
- The Day Men's, the Day Women, and the Sundowners for their generous financial donations
- Ellen Doody for spearheading our fundraising and the support of her helpers; Pam Jardine, Chris MacDonald, and Donna Moore
