A common assumption is that chiropractic care is only for back and neck pain, when in practice many patients come in for headaches, sleep issues, or a general sense of feeling stiff and off. The first visit is where we sort out what is actually going on before anything else happens. If something has been nagging at you that does not fit neatly into “back pain,” it is still worth bringing in. Book your assessment today!

If it has been a while since your last full assessment, a lot can change quietly over six months. A re-examination compares your movement, alignment, and symptoms against where you started, which often reveals progress people had not noticed on their own. Reach out and we can get one booked.

Healing doesn’t stop when you start feeling better. As your joints regain proper movement, the surrounding tissues need time to retrain and stabilize. Ending care too early may allow your body to slip back into old movement patterns. Consistency is what turns short-term relief into long-term results. If you’re committed to feeling your best, stay the course with your personalized treatment plan.

🦴 Myth or Fact? Cracking your knuckles causes arthritis.
Answer: MYTH! ✅
That popping sound isn’t your bones grinding together. It’s simply tiny gas bubbles being released from the fluid inside your joints. Research has found that cracking your knuckles doesn’t cause arthritis.
That said, if your joints are painful, swollen, or the popping is accompanied by discomfort, it’s worth having them assessed. Joint noises without pain are usually nothing to worry about, but pain is never something you should ignore.

You do not have to be in pain to start chiropractic care. Many patients wait until a flare-up forces the decision, but proactive care is built to catch small imbalances long before they turn into bigger problems. If it has been a while since anything hurt but longer since a checkup, that is still a good time to come in.

Most people know the spine protects the spinal cord, but fewer know that it also plays a direct role in keeping the discs nourished. The discs between your vertebrae have no direct blood supply, relying entirely on the pumping action of movement to draw in nutrients and flush out waste. When the spine is not moving well, those discs are effectively starved of what they need to stay healthy. Ask us what we check for when it comes to disc health.
