Meet Abby! 🩵 .tumblingg

Abby joins Legacy this season offering private tumbling lessons. With 8 years of coaching experience, a background as a competitive gymnast, and experience representing Nova Scotia at the 2015 Canada Games, she is passionate about helping athletes build strong skills, confidence, and a love for tumbling.

We’re excited to have her on the team this season! 🌊

🌊 WAVE — Adaptive Abilities Unified Cheerleading Tryouts 🌊

We are excited to officially open tryouts for our Adaptive Abilities Unified team for the 2026–2027 season!

Wave is a team made up of athletes with and without disabilities and has proudly represented Team Canada for the past two seasons on the world stage in the Advanced Coed division 🇨🇦

We welcome:
✔ Athletes from any gym or athletes not currently cheering
✔ Athletes of any gender
✔ Athletes ages 12+ (born in 2015 or earlier)

The recipient of the Legacy Award for the 2025–2026 season is Ava Hanson 🩵

From the moment she walked into our gym 9 years ago, Ava has embodied what being part of the Legacy family truly means. Her loyalty, selflessness, heart, and dedication to this program have never gone unnoticed. Through every high and low, she has always shown up, trusted the process, and become someone we can always count on to get the job done.

We are beyond thankful for Ava and her family, and for the impact they’ve had on Legacy over the years. ✨

The Legacy Cheer Atlantic Athlete of the Year for the 2025–2026 season is Emery Cameron 🩵

Emery leads with her heart every single time she steps on the floor. Her talent, positivity, dedication, and love for her teammates never go unnoticed. From learning (many) routines in minutes so she can fill in, to traveling hours just to be with her teal cheer family every week, she has given everything to this club and more.

We are beyond proud of you, Emery ✨

Wow! What an incredible way to end the season. So grateful we got to celebrate together and recognize every athlete for the unique impact they brought to our teams this year. 💙

Special shoutouts to our CITs, our Life Savers; the athletes who stepped in last minute whenever their teams needed them, and our Team Queens, who competed on THREE Legacy teams this season! 👑
