This past weekend we had the pleasure of coaching in her first powerlifting meet! The work ethic and consistency paid off as she took home the gold in the 63kg class 🥇 Way to go Kaitlyn!

This time of year always brings us lots of joy and feelings of fulfillment. As strength coaches we get to witness the hard work and dedication be brought forth to allow these athletes to excel at their crafts. Had the pleasure of coaching both and .sobush this summer in preparation of their upcoming seasons. The summer was filled with difficult training sessions and pushing these young men to their limits. Not only did they become better athletes, but watching them grow as individuals was truly inspiring. We wish both these guys the best of luck with their future endeavors and we can’t wait to see how well they perform this season 👊🏼🏒
