Imagine facing a group a people and speaking as if it was as simple as riding a bike, or breathing. Or maybe going to the dentist being no different than getting a haircut, jumping off a cliff or playing a sport and achieving your greatest potential.
Join Margot Schelew, Certified Hypnotherapist, to learn all about hypnosis and how your conscious and unconscious minds work. With NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) you will learn how to re-wire your brain so that your thoughts are more in line with what you want. You will be given some practical tools you can call upon anytime you need to launch yourself into a situation that used to overwhelm you. During Group Hypnosis you will relax, allow your conscious mind to step aside and your unconscious mind to come to the forefront to receive helpful and beneficial suggestions.
No need to voice to the group what you intending to build confidence for. Only you will know. If you have had an epileptic seizure, hypnosis is not for you.
Comfortable clothes recommended. Bring a yoga mat.
