We’ll begin with a 45-minute (non-heated) Pilates class led by HOTT, designed to energize and strengthen the body, followed by a 45-minute Sound Journey & Guided Meditation with Laura of .sound.healing

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, rainstick, chimes & other healing instruments as you ground, relax and reset. A beautiful opportunity to move your body, quiet your mind and welcome the new season with intention. 🤍
