HUGE shoutout to these 3 incredible athletes! 👏🔥
They battled through the Open, pushed through Quarterfinals, and are now deep in the CrossFit Semifinals 2026!
So far, they’ve completed 2 out of 5 events, with workouts running Thursday through Monday. 💪
Let’s show them some love, cheer them on, and wish them luck as they take on the rest of the weekend! 🔥🔥

Meet coach BREMO 💪✨
Breanne walked into the small little CrossFit gym back in 2011 and was immediately humbled and hooked. What she didn’t realize was the family and community that would come with this fantastic new place. Breanne has been training CrossFit ever since.
In 2013 and 2016, with the help of the knowledgeable and (pregnancy certified) coaches, Breanne trained through two pregnancies and welcomed two little mini-CrossFit ladies (Taylor and Teegan) into the community. These two little blondies love the gym and you will mostly likely see them swinging, climbing or joining some of the workouts.
In 2017, Breanne began competing at CrossFit. She has participated in 11 CrossFit Opens and has competed in Canada and the US in partner and team divisions. Her greatest achievement was standing on the podium in 2018 in Seattle or competing in the Rx division at the Canwest games in 2021. Breanne has also competed in powerlifting and weightlifting.
Breanne has been a pillar to the CFN community, mentoring fellow athletes along the way, but she obtained her coaching certification in 2020 and began officially coaching classes. Her passion lies in helping the athletes unlock their true potential and training the mental aspects of a workout. You are stronger than you think you are…
