Track your progress during Strength Classes

When you join Full Body, Just Glutes, or Upper Body & Core, you have the option to track your progress for 2 exercises, so you can lift heavier or add reps week after week and see your strength build over 12 weeks.

Here’s how it works:
1. Download the Vibe Lounge app and log in using the same email you use to book classes.

2. During class, your trainer will reference your previous workouts to use as a starting weight for the exercises we track.

3. Log your reps and weight, then save the workout. Do this consistently and you’ll have a clear record of your progress by the end of the 12-week program.
