Baseball Oshawa is a non-profit organization to help and voluntarily assist young boys and girls in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being through the medium of baseball with guidance and exemplary leadership. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the Baseball Oshawa program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.

As part of Baseball Night in Oshawa on Friday at Kinsmen Civic Memorial Stadium, we will be running our skills clinic for all ages starting at 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.)!

Congratulations to the Burlington Bulls on winning the Troy May Memorial Tournament as they picked up a 12-2 victory over the North Toronto A’s.
A great effort by our host Legionaires who made it to championship Sunday but fell just short in the semis losing 9-8 to the eventual champions. 💙💛⚾️
We were thankful to be able to move all Sunday games in the turf at Durham College and crown a champion.
Special thanks to the U11 Legionaires, all of the umpires and our tournament coordinator/committee on making things happen behind the scenes.

Baseball Night in Oshawa is next Friday at Kinsmen Civic Memorial Stadium.
We have so much going on including our skills clinic followed by our outdoor movie!
Activities and Events include:
• Community Alley located outside stadium with our community partners including a firetruck, police cars, ambulances with giveaways.
• Vendor Alley located inside the stadium. We will have 6-7 Vendors, PEarles Creations, Moolala’s, Under Armour, Taunton Pools, Davis Ortho, Gummy Gainz, Expos Book Author.
• Community Partner Visits from Deke, Wolfie and the Firewolves Cheer Team
• Player and Coaches skills and drills clinic on the field
• Movie in the outfield to end the night

The Troy May Memorial Tournament is a fitting tribute to a man who made significant strides in shaping the baseball landscape in Oshawa and Eastern Ontario.
As the players take the field this weekend, we honour not only an exceptional coach, leader and mentor but a cherished friend whose memory and love for the game will continue to inspire generations to come.
