Test your stamina and grip strength endurance with this high-intensity warm-up or finisher workout. How heavy can you go for the whole thing? Just don't drop the thing on your foot!
Go light the first time and then I recommend working up to 20-25% of your bodyweight with a single kettlebell for a challenge. Practice the different swing patterns shown separately first to ensure you have effective and safe technique, then give er.
The workout: 45 sec swings x 15 sec Around the World x 12 rounds

2 Press
3 Thrusters
4 Clean and Press
5 Snatches

7 Clean and Thrust

9 High Pulls
10 Devil's Press

Core focused flow. (Audio on for narration)
1. hike into the racked squat position, complete one squat
2. lateral swing switch (to change sides)
3. chop swing with open step-back, hinge and gentle follow-thru twist. Keep your back straight, let the hips guide you.
Go light, and progress as you wish. Just a fun and overly complicated flow for a finisher. Use for transverse plane days, core and/or cardio.
