We're here to help you get #UNSTUCK. Because life is too short for boring workouts alone, and short term results. Brendon Kozack - Owner/Head Coach

I’ve spent more hours perfecting this craft over the last 14+ years than some will ever put in over the course of 30 years - but this place wouldn’t be here without the incredible community of members and coaches alike. 1 zillion thank you’s will never be enough for the amount of gratitude I hold for every single person who has walked through these doors.

While 14 years is a monumental amount of time to own a business, I want to take this time to say congratulations to everyone for an incredible effort put on display here, day in and day out.

To the members; you’re building so much more than endurance, strength, and a pair of lats that will surely scare your family at the next holiday dinner. You’re continuously betting on yourself every time you sign up for a class, and building discipline with every successful workout completed. You’re setting an example for the ones in your family, the friends in your circle, and sticking to a promise you made to yourself on the day you took your first intro session with me. The habits you’re creating within these four walls will continue to pay dividends in every other area of your life, and enable you to continue expressing yourself at the highest degree possible so you can keep enjoying life for what it’s worth. Keep bringing that effort everywhere you go - it’s totally worth it.

To the coaches; you’re the oil that keeps this machine running at the capacity it needs to. People are showing up because they value your expertise and guidance within these four walls - but also beyond. Continue embodying everything we preach and lead ruthlessly from the front at every angle. Just as the members are building more than just strength and work capacity, you’re impacting lives further than a sixty minute group class. Changing trajectories, adding functional years to people’s lives, and allowing people to fall in love with fitness in a safe space. The standard you hold for yourselves drips into this community, and it’s been an absolute pleasure watching you grow alongside everyone else, with you leading every step of the way. Thank you for the continued effort.

WELCOME TO THE 100 CLUB ANGELA! 🎉🙌🏽

Starting up in September of 2025, Angela has become a weeknight regular who is EXTREMELY punctual - and committed to getting jacked, bro 😎

With her love of the mountains, and everything outdoors, it's always an easy class to Coach when you get to chat snowboard and ski trips, or catch up on the latest happenings with her farm (17 GOATS, COUPLE DONKEYS, HORSES AND PONIES 😱).

Cheers to the dedication and commitment to not only getting jacked - but to your health as well. Having people in this world that go out and walk the walk, and set a good example are the people we need more of.

Congrats on 100 classes, Angela!

Look, I’m not saying your life is a series of poorly optimized loading screens, but if you’re currently paying for five different gym memberships in , you’re basically a high-paying donor to the "Confused Body" charity. You’re exhausted - not the "heroic athlete" kind of tired, but the "I just spent four hours trying to assemble IKEA furniture with no instructions" kind of tired. You’re doing "everything" - the pilates, the HIIT, the occasional terrified glance at a barbell—and yet you’re physically and financially broke because your body is stuck in a perpetual feedback loop of confusion. You feel like a pile of damp laundry because you’re pouring maximum effort into a void that doesn't have a map. Here at VSC, we actually thrive on the stuff that makes most people's eyes glaze over: the boring, relentless, clinical planning and ex*****on. Because it drives results.

I see you. You’re working hard, but you’re mostly just moving your body until you feel "tired" and then going home, assuming that’s "progress." That’s not progress; that’s just cardio for your ego. You’re chasing novelty, trying to "shock the muscle" (spoiler: your muscle isn't shocked, it's just confused). You’ve been "winging it" for six months, and the only thing that’s changed is you’ve listened to three new entire podcasts during your sets.

It’s time to stop training in the dark. Real, observable body change isn't magic. It’s not "one weird trick." It’s a roadmap built on predictable systems and boring consistency.

And here’s the kicker: your motivation is a flaky friend. It will abandon you the second the weather turns bad or a new Netflix show drops. That's why you need accountability. You need someone in your corner who is going to notice WHEN you win, or if you need a helping hand.

Swipe through these slides to witness the glory of a systematic approach that doesn’t rely on luck. Then, DM us "RESULTS" so we can stop you from wasting any more time. Don't wait. Time is linear and we are all moving toward the unavoidable void. Lift something before you get there 💪🏾

WELCOME TO THE 100 CLUB KATHY! 🎉🙌🏽

The 100 club, might as well be named to the "Any Means Necessary Club" for Kathy. She'll be in for 6:30 AM on Monday, then swinging through the 10:00 AM class on Tuesday. Maybe she's at the 12:00 PM class on Friday, but also hitting 9:00 AM on Saturday or Sunday. In a day and age where people are busy, and struggle to find a routine that's consistent - Kathy is the QUEEN at making time with the time she's got.

I don't think we've ever spotted you in the gym without a smile on your face, and I personally enjoy every chance I get to have a chat with you on just about any topic we can find 😅 Thanks for showing up, and keep up the great work!

Congrats on the 100 classes 😎

Look, we both know the truth. You were an incredibly stupid child. Statistically, based on the number of times you tried to eat a battery or jump off the monkey bars - you should not be alive right now.

The only reason you survived to adulthood is because your mother possesses a terrifying, supernatural level of vigilance and reflexes that border on precognition.

Mother’s Day is coming up. The traditional gift is a mildly depressing greeting card and a brunch where everyone pretends the eggs aren’t rubbery.

On Saturday, May 9th, we're hosting the Villains Strong Moms Workout. You're bringing your mom, or if you are a mom, you're bringing your kids, or your mom friends, or whoever you want.

Why you need to be there:

- It’s a completely scaled, low-intensity, highly supervised workout. It doesn’t matter if she hasn’t been to a gym since Jean Chretien was PM. We are focusing on moving pain-free, and building everyday strength.

- We will have coffee and pastries afterward because we aren't monsters.

- It’s 100% free.

- You can finally prove to her that you do, in fact, do something productive with your time other than staring at a glowing rectangle and laughing at memes all day.

- We need to prepare her for the future. By teaching her to properly deadlift a kettlebell, she will soon be able to hurl a 20lb frozen Thanksgiving turkey across the kitchen directly into the oven, saving valuable holiday time.

- Sweating next to the woman who wiped your nose for a decade is a weirdly profound bonding experience. It shifts the dynamic. You're equals now, united in your mutual hatred of bulgarian split squats.
