⭐Excel Athletika wants to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the Regina Spring Classic this past weekend. Your energy, dedication, and sportsmanship made this meet an incredible success.

We are immensely proud of what was accomplished over the course of the event. It was a privilege to watch our athletes compete at the highest level, showcasing the results of their hard work and perseverance.

👏Beyond the podium finishes, there are countless Personal Bests to be celebrated. Whether you shaved a fraction of a second off your sprint or reached a new height in the field, those individual milestones are the true heart of this sport.

💫Excel's Disties Hannah Gates, Brody McDonald, and Luke Holman are competing at the New Balance Nationals Indoor 2026 in Boston, MA!

Hannah is racing Saturday in the 800m and Sunday in the Mile! She's one of over 200 girls in her races!! Go Hannah!

Both Brody and Luke race in the same 800m heat (Heat 12) on Saturday, competing in a field of almost 250 athletes. Go Boys!!

Excel Athletika is proud to announce the recipients of this year’s Carol LaFayette-Boyd Award and Terry Mountjoy Award.

✨ Finn Sorensen and Alec Teichler were the recipients of this year's awards.

These awards recognize high school graduating athletes from Excel Athletika who are also members of the University of Regina Track & Field Team. The athletes were chosen through a collaborative selection process between both programs.

👏Congratulations, Finn and Alec! We’re excited to see all that you accomplish as an Excel Alumni and a University of Regina Cougar!!

Yesterday we celebrated the life of Coach Don Fitzsimmons.

Coach Don will never be forgotten.

He dedicated himself to the development of every athlete he worked with, always leading with passion, patience, and care.

His impact reached far beyond the track, and his legacy will live on through the athletes, members, and community he helped shape.
