🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ TIDE swimmers and coaches were spotted at Fort La Tour this morning for the 5 km Parkrun! 💙

Parkrun is every Saturday at 9:00 am. Other TIDE swimmers have participated in previous weeks as well! It is open to anyone to join. Details here: https://www.parkrun.ca/

And the fun continues - Madi (Seniors) will race Coach Brian after practice TONIGHT (Thursday) around 5:45 PM, with rumours of a 100 IM showdown 👀🏁
