Curling teams are small. Four or five players, a coach and a manager, with families and friends rounding out our support groups. But the small size of curling teams means that traditional fundraising is tough. That’s why we love partnering with local business to help broaden their local, provincial and ultimately national audience. Team Noel started as two kids who knew each other forever and wanted their own team. But there was always the understanding that teams will go through many ups and downs, and changes are bound to happen as players grow and priorities have to change.

Team Noel will go into the 2026-2027 season looking a little different, and feeling a little different, as Matthew steps back from competitive curling. Matthew brought his calm and reflective nature to Team Noel from the beginning and he will be missed more than he knows.

Thank you Matthew for always being a voice of reason and the best and most loyal teammate one could ask for. We know you will do amazing things wherever you are. Good luck at C**A and no doubt we’ll see you out on that ice again.

Last game of the season!

We have one more game before the season ends and it’s tonight because we made the Major League playoffs! Tonight we take on Team Locke!

The game will be streaming as soon as our videographer gets to the club after work!!!

Well we squeaked that one out. With that win, the Men’s League season has come to an end, and we’ve finished as the Winners of Division D.

Next up on Wednesday the last play off game in Major League vs Team Locke at 6pm. That result will determine if Team Noel continues to the Major League finals.
