Both of our Senior Teams are in Mid week action.

Senior Men's A team travel to Mount Pearl to Play the Dogs RFC at 630pm Wednesday in the Goodyear Cup.

On Thursday our Senior Women's team play the Baymen RFC in CBS kick off 6pm in the Deacy Cup.

Congratulations to our u14 Rookie Rugby Team on winning the Christina Browne cup yesterday at the NLRU Rookie Festival.

Well done to our u12 team who finished as runners up for the plate competition.

Fall 2026 Legends League Non Contact Rugby!

The Swilers Rugby Club are happy to announce a new program open to players 35 plus years of age.

Legends League rugby is a co-ed, non contact recreational rugby session open to anyone aged over 35 years of age.

Legends League will run for 6 weeks from Tuesday Oct 20th to Tuesday Nov 24th. Sessions run 7-8pm at the NL Sports Centre with the clubhouse open for recovery refreshments after.

All experience levels welcome.

Legends League registration costs are $75 and all players must be registered with the Swilers Club. Please use link below

Our under 12 Rookie Rugby team have been having a great summer, lots of games, practices and individual and team improvements.

After our game tonight the team enjoyed a pizza party to spend some more time together off the field.

The Swilers Senior men’s team travelled to Ontario this week to play against one of the provinces top Rugby clubs Brantford Harlequins.

In hot sunny conditions the game was heavy hitting and fast flowing with the Swilers taking the victory 26-7.

Thank you to the Brantford Harlequins club for the game and the great hospitality you showed us at your club.
