Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause.

Not quit. Not give up. Just… reset.

The past few weeks I've been doing the work, the quiet kind. Reflecting on what sparks joy, what weighs me down, and what I want MORE of in this life. I've let go of things that no longer served me. Things that were messing with my mental health and dimming my light. No apologies for that.
