Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork, sound healing, and a touch of Reiki, you’ll be invited to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, release tension, and create space for more self-love, presence, and ease.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving a moment to pause, this experience is designed to help you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.

Era was intentionally built to stay small, personal, and community-focused.
With only 8 reformers, every booking matters, especially as the studio continues to grow.

We’ve tried to hold off on strictly enforcing our no-show policy for as long as possible, always wanting to lead with understanding whenever we can. But moving forward, the $15 no-show fee for missed classes will now be enforced consistently in addition to loss of class credit.

If something comes up, please cancel through the app whenever possible, or simply text/call us if you need help.
