Bash Bays is returning to a NORMAL SCHEDULE. 🎉

We’re back to:

💥 TUESDAYS | CLOSED

And honestly? We’re heading into our busier season, so this is probably for the best.

Fall parties.
Team-building.
Date nights.
Birthday celebrations.
Work events.
“Everyone in this meeting is driving me insane” events.
You know… the usual. 😏

So grab your friends, coworkers, significant other, family members, or that one person who really needs to break or create something…

💛 September is Su***de Prevention Month.

We spend a lot of time at Bash Bays talking about anger, frustration, stress, and all the things we carry around with us.

Sometimes you just need somewhere to let it out.

But sometimes what's underneath the anger isn't anger at all. It's exhaustion. Loneliness. Grief. Feeling like you're failing. Feeling like you're a burden. Feeling like things are never going to get better.

And those feelings can get really heavy.

So this month, we want to remind you of something that may sound simple, but can be incredibly important:

You matter.

You don't have to have the right words. You don't have to have everything figured out. And you don't have to wait until things are unbearable to reach out.

Check in on your people.
Ask the friend who's been unusually quiet how they're really doing.
Send the text. Make the call. Sit with someone who needs company.

And if you're the person who's struggling right now, please don't face it alone. We've been here and lived through it, and that is one of the reasons Bash Bays exists.
