On June 21, 2018 (World Yoga day), the largest yoga lesson was held. It consisted of 100,984 participants, achieved by Government of Rajasthan, Patanjali Yogapeeth and District Administration of Kota (all India) at Kota, Rajasthan, India. (Guinness World Records, 2018).

Happy Thursday everyone! Today's pose is the Camel Pose (Ustrasana) presented by our teacher Khadija!
Here are some benefits of this pose:
- Opens up the hips, stretching deep hip flexors.
- Stretches and strengthens the shoulders and back.
- Expands the abdominal region, improving digestion and elimination.
- Improves posture.
- Reduces fat on thighs.
-Opens the chest, improving respiration.
