Step into the shadows and bring the drama to the hoop in our Halloween Aerial Hoop Dance Program with Ella — inspired by the timeless, theatrical atmosphere of The Phantom of the Opera. ✨

Join us for a special outdoor aerial experience surrounded by Toronto’s beautiful autumn colours — and take home at least 3 professional photos to remember the moment. ✨

We’re also so excited to be collaborating with photographer Coni 🌼 Photography and Life for this special shoot! 📸

Meet Mandy — the trainer behind our 30-Hour Wheel Yoga Teacher Training. 🤍

With over 18 years of teaching experience, Mandy brings years of practice, study and teaching into every class — with a strong focus on mindful sequencing, clear alignment, safe progression and supportive adjustments.

As an E-RYT® 500 and YACEP®, her training journey spans Hatha Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, YogaWorks methodology and specialized Wheel Yoga training.

But beyond the certifications, it’s her experience and thoughtful approach to teaching that she’ll be sharing with you throughout this training. ✨
