Kids today are overstimulated, overscheduled, and deeply disconnected from their own bodies.
It’s not their fault. It’s the world they’re growing up in.
Classical Hatha Yoga gives them something rare — a moment to slow down, to feel their feet on the ground, to breathe on purpose. To exist without performing.
What begins as a class becomes a foundation.
One they’ll stand on for the rest of their lives.
Somewhere along the way, yoga became about the pose.
About how far you can bend, how long you can hold, how good it looks in a photo.
Classical Hatha Yoga is something else entirely.
It’s a science. A precise, ancient technology designed to bring the human body and mind into a state it rarely gets to experience stillness, clarity, aliveness.
Not as a mood. As a baseline.
This is what I teach. This is what Sadhguru has transmitted for the world to access.
And once you feel the difference, you can’t unfeel it.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to believe anything.
You just need to show up.
Classical Hatha Yoga takes care of the rest.
At first, it looks impossible.
The body resists, the breath gets louder, and the mind starts negotiating.
But then something shifts.
You stop fighting the practice and start flowing with it.
And somewhere in that intensity, Angamardana stops feeling like exercise and starts feeling like transformation. ⚡
