Do you ever feel like there isn’t enough time in the day?
Time is our most valuable resource. Once it’s gone, it doesn’t come back. The clock is unbiased. So as this quote says, stop watching the clock and do more of what you love. Make the most of the time you have. Work with the clock rather than against it. Enjoy the moments and don’t stress about not getting things done in a certain time, it will all get done eventually. ( oh how I need to listen to that advice!! lol)

Busy doesn’t always equal productivity and can lead to burnout if you don’t slow down. If we are running on fumes, you won’t be able to put enough energy into certain tasks.
There are countless benefits to slowing down, here are some of my favorites.

Doing an aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes per day will help to maintain bone strength. Engage in exercises where your bones have to carry your weight, like walking. Message me if you would like to join our weekly challenge.
