If it storms or rains heavily we’ll be at the Radiant Heart Studio close to Zurich Silcity You’d be informed via email (check spam) by 20:00 the evening before in case we’re practicing indoors.

Usually in English, on request also bilingual in Swiss German -> there is minimal talking and all poses are also shown.

Customized yin yoga trainings based on your needs, schedule & experience. Each training is created individually so that you can actually use the knowledge in your day to day life. Learning how to truly rest is life-changing - even though not much is happening. No previous experience needed but if you have some, we can build on it. Relax and recharge with us this summer at the terrace every second Saturday from July 4th to September 26th from 9 to 10 am in the morning.

Yin Yoga is a simple practice to release physical, mental & emotional tension. Ideal for anyone wanting to feel more light, at ease, relaxed and clear. A space to slow down, reflect, nurture & let go. Whatever idea you have about yoga, yin yoga is neither a workout nor dogmatic practice.

The live guitar music helps to stay present and breathe through the more challenging moments as well as enhances more optimistic thoughts.
