This week has felt like a lot - work, house renovation, had a silly cold, started marathon training - but guiding a class never fails to make me feel so calm 🙏🏼

Protecting your peace 💫
Do you ever feel like everything is just a bit too much?! So much information, so much comparison, so much noise. Our lives are so phone-based & it’s totally overwhelming.
Every now & then I have to take a moment to take stock of how it’s making me feel & make some changes.
It’s always pretty simple though - spend less time on social media (ironically!) & spend more time in the real world, moving my body & seeing my people.
It really is that simple.
So this is your reminder to just take stock of how you’re feeling & to put just one measure in place to give yourself some peace - whether that’s putting limits on your apps, reaching out to schedule a date with a friend, or practicing some yoga.

Strong mind, strong body 🪷
Over the last year, I’ve loved working on my strength & seeing how it’s paid off in both my yoga practice & my running. But so much of it really comes down to mindset.

Liv Well Yoga turns three today! 🎈✨
I love guiding yoga practices - curating the playlist, thinking on my feet, witnessing the little connections people make, having a moment with a student at the end when they tell me “I really needed that today” 🥹
I’m so proud of the little community of people who show up & dedicate some time to themselves, in amongst juggling bed time with children, the stress of work & everything in between.

Intention 🌕
I always feel really reflective on a Sunday. I find myself reviewing how the previous week was & how I want to show up in the week ahead.
Recently, my intentions for the week have consistently been about slowing down & being present - to ensure I have enough time to move my body, focus my attention where it feels good, & leave my phone out of reach whenever possible.
We’re all just a constant work in progress really aren’t we ✨
