Give your baby the best start in the “fourth trimester” through nurturing touch, movement & massage.
The first 12 weeks involves rapid neurological growth (“blooming”). This makes early touch, movement, and regulation a critical window for supporting lifelong physical, emotional, and nervous system health.
In this session, you’ll learn effective techniques to help your baby:
• Settle & relax
• Develop head & neck control
• Enjoy tummy time
• Begin self-soothing
• Build strong bonding & connection
Touch is your baby’s first language and one of the most powerful ways to support their growth.
Developmental Baby Massage supports a baby’s nervous system development, emotional regulation, and early motor milestones.
This is a 1.5 hours online session for parents to participate from the comfort of their own home to learn effective techniques that help babies settle, relax and prepare their bodies for important developmental skills such as head and neck control and early locomotor milestones like tummy time.

At the end of last year I started our free MAMAS RISING monthly community meet ups where pregnant women and mums can come together for a morning coffee or an afternoon cuppa in community with no expectations of themselves.
I offered the space, the container, and a monthly theme. The invitation is to come for as little or as long as feels right, meet other mums, have some adult conversation, feel held and have the opportunity to learn something new and ask questions.
In November we were joined by sleep consultant Camille of who talked to our mums about “Gentle Sleep Foundations” offering sleep wisdom and practical tips for baby sleep. You can imagine how this topic sparked some really juicy conversations!
In December we shared a special festive afternoon and each brought some pre-loved items to swap and find some “new” treasures to take home!
In January we are meeting again! This time our theme is “Food and Mood: Ways to Promote Mood and Emotional Health” and we will be joined by certified nutritionist Fiona of . Fiona is exclusively over from the UK so it’s a unique opportunity to catch her in person!
Pregnancy and the months after birth can bring a wide range of emotions, and nutrition plays a powerful role in supporting mood during this time. In this talk, Fiona will share simple, practical food and lifestyle strategies to help promote emotional wellbeing through pregnancy and postpartum, showing how small changes can make a big difference.

Happy New Year, mamas ✨
Sharing this from my sick bed, with my sick toddler beside me, and very much reminding myself too.
No bouncing back.
No extreme resolutions.
No becoming a “new” version of yourself.
Just slower days, listening to your body, and choosing what makes mum life feel lighter 💛

I always turn to my breath first (and after too)
Before moving (and after too)
Before reacting (and after too)
Before crying (and after too)
Before everything (and after too)
My breath is the fastest way I know to check in, regulate, and come back into my body, especially on days when my nervous system feels stretched or overwhelmed.
Today I’m sharing 4 of my favourite breathing techniques that I return to again and again in my professional and personal practice:
• Extended exhale breathing: gently lengthening the exhale to support the body’s calming response
• Box breathing: steady, rhythmic breathing to create structure and emotional balance
• Physiological sigh: a simple, fast reset when stress spikes
• Coherent breathing: slow, even breathing for daily grounding and regulation
You don’t need to breathe perfectly for it to be effective. Even a few intentional breaths can help your body feel safer and more supported.
