DB is suitable for anybody - please get in touch if you're not sure about any aspect of it. Cost starts at £135 for a 6 week course. 5 workouts per week, all a little different, covering:

Six weeks.
30 workouts.
Countless early alarms, sweaty high-fives, laughs, sore legs, and “I nearly didn’t come today” moments… and you all smashed it. 💥
So proud of every single person who showed up for themselves and for each other over the last six weeks at DB Method. The energy, support, encouragement, and community in these classes is what makes DB so special. 🖤
Now it’s time for a very well-earned break — rest up, recharge, and enjoy it… you’ve absolutely earned it.
