STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE MANX GRAND PRIX

The Manx Grand Prix Races is deeply saddened by the passing of Ian Bainbridge, who lost his life in an accident in Tuesday evening’s qualifying session.

We would like to extend our profound sympathies to Ian’s wife, his two daughters, his loved ones, and friends.

The 'world's fastest road race' won't go ahead this summer after being cancelled for a fourth successive year The Ulster Grand Prix has been cancelled for a fourth consecutive year.

Great to have you on bored and working brilliantly and Listien to everything I have taught and shown you buddy 💪💪 let’s keep pushing hard to the start of the season 💪

Congratulations to young client Andrew Black on another successful season under his belt coming away with 1st place in the MRA clubman Ulster Champiopnship victory on a 250cc squad this achievement was made better as he was up against more powerful 450 machines this is made more impressive as he is the first 250cc ever to win the championship again 450 machines 💪

Andrew also placed 2nd place in the British quad championship

These achievements where made more impressive after the last year with very little bike time due to covid but follow a structured plan through out the year and throughout lockdown he managed to make it happen💪

No rest as Andrew is already back in the gym and working harder than ever to defend his title and to reach that top spot in the British 🔥

As you guys no I’m not one for posting every day, every week or even every month I am not one for polluting your feeds with posts .

But I think this girl needs a special mention and I think you will all agree 💪

I want to say a big congratulations to Leah Murdy on her brilliant results in the Dance World Cup where she competed for Northern Ireland against the best young dancers in the world ..

Leah placed a brilliant 4th twice , 5th twice and 4 sixth places in solos ,duos ,trios and troupes in the a range of styles from jazz , lyrical ,dance and show dance

These results where mad more impressive due to covid restrictions where they were getting it hard to practice and train but where thankfully handed and elite athlete card allowing them to get back on the grind just in time.

Congratulations to you your family and dance partners A few weeks rest and I’ll see you soon in preparation for next year 💪💪

It has been a long time since I was last on this but the good news is that from today we have finally a date to start training again we will now be opeining our diary from 3rd may 2021 💪💪

We are pleased to announce that from the 10th of July 2020 we as a gym are allowed to reopen to the public for training following strict social distancing and safety procedures to make sure we are as safe as possible..

I will be re opening my book as of today for appointments first priority will be given to existing members and will be re allocated there slots from before.

I am also opening up slots and will be contacting new members on the waiting list about possible slots that will suit.

I would like to thank everyone for their supports, patience and help throughout this tough period... It sure feels good to be back doing what we do best 💪💪💪

As of 10pm Friday 20th March 2020 under the government guidelines we sadly regret that
H. D. FITNESS will be following the guidelines set and shut the doors untill further notice.

I would like to thank all my clients for their loyal support and help over this last few weeks.
