Julius came in 4th in the World on his left arm.
That’s forth in the fecking world worlds folks, well done my man and it’s a credit to ya.

Just missing out on the podium but what a huge achievement.

And the BIG DOG is back in action tomorrow on his right arm so bring it on 👍👊👍

Wishing these two all the best for the weekend, Husband & Wife duo Didelis Suo & Vika Vikute 💪💪

Over in Japan 🇯🇵 were they will be taking place in the IFA World Championships 👊

Julius is up first tomorrow and then again on Friday when he’ll be pulling in the -95kg class and then Vicki pulls on Saturday & Sunday in the ladies class.

The Bodyworks crew fairly get about ehhhh… best of luck guys from all at TEAM Bodyworks & Cool-fuel Nutrition.

Honestly can't wait for session number 3 in a few weeks time with Magic Ink Custom Tattoo Studio with the main man himself Magic. The skill and talent this man has is scary and absolutely chuffed to bits that it's him putting the memories onto the skin 💪.

I absolutely love to see this. This young man Ross Hamilton, Ross came into us about 4 weeks ago and we stood in front reception and had a chat about the gym. He’d never been to one and hadn't a clue of what to be at….

I told him not to even let that enter his head as we worked completely differently down here, and as I always do with newcomers, I asked him what was he after 🤔

What did he want to get out of the gym 🤔

He showed a bit of interest in the Arm Wrestling but didn’t think he'd fit in…. My response….. BALLOCKS…

I told him if he didn’t mind that I was going to set up some training sessions with him with some of the guys from Arm Wrestling in the gym and TRUST me… When you become a member with us, you become part of our family and everyone in this place is willing to help others…💪

And what has he only went and done……….

🎉 3 weeks of Arm Wrestling training done and of course multiple sessions in the gym with the guys who took him under their wing and the eeeejit has just went and won his first ever Arm Wrestling tournament yesterday up in Ballymoney. 🥇
🎉🎉🎉🎉

I must admit the look of fear in the craters face on Tuesday night when they sat him down to tell him they were putting his name in the hat. They sat on the sofas and reassured him he’d be fine and settled his nerves.

Not only winning on one arm but a massive win on both arms it’s a fantastic achievement for this young man and a boost of confidence that would do anyones heart good. And he is a great addition to both the gym and to the Club.

So well done young fella from all of the Bodyworks TEAM and of course a massive shout out to all in Armagh Geddon Armwrestling Club... It really is a credit to all that's involved. 👏👏

Training back on this Tuesdays night from 6.30pm folks... and of course as always every single man and women is welcome to come down and check it out...
