Our U16s youth girls, Aoibhinn Strain & Annabelle Clarke lined out for Ulster today in a match against EIRA (Eagle Impact Rugby Academy),an All American touring team played at Portadown RFC.

Aoibhinn captained the team and also scored a try.

Pictured below is Aoibhinn, Annabelle & Mia (Dungannon).

Both Aoibhinn and Annabelle played out of their skins- unreal performances from both of them. Aoibhinn at 7 and Annabelle at 6.

Well done girls. Everyone at City of Armagh is very proud of you both.β€οΈπŸ–€

U16s youth players Jacob Oates, Elliot Graham and Rory Murphy attended a comprehensive training session this morning at Affidea Stadium as part of the Ulster Clubs Development Squad.

In the 2025/26 season, all three boys put in notable performances, and their skills haven't went unnoticed. We look forward to hearing how they progress as they get stuck into their summer programme πŸ‰πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

Well done lads on your continued commitment and dedication from everyone at City of Armagh RFC.πŸ”΄βš«

πŸ“· City of Armagh RFC 2025/25 Season Roundup

πŸ‰: Action Rugby

Captured by: Colin Heyburn

Colin Heyburn has selected photos for the 25/26 season roundup.

For this selection he has added depth, context and thus interest to the action.

For Colin shooting these photographs he stated

β€œit was a season of thrills and spills tinged by a lot of sadness. It is always difficult for a club when they lose one of their own and never to underestimate the effect on his family.

Adam will forever always be young in our hearts”.

Equipment:

Colin lets us know one of his secrets:

β€œFor the spotters, which I am one, I use high end DSLRs and relevant lenses. I shoot Canon. It is a trust thing. They were designed by Tonka Toy breakers. They do what it says on the tin and never let me down”.

Thanks again Colin for your fantastic photography.
