Hi there,

I haven’t posted my classes in Warehorne in a while but a few spaces have opened up and I wanted to extend an invitation.

Experience Hatha Yoga in a warm and friendly environment where we explore movement through a somatic foundation of breath, mobility and strength.

Classes are a combination of gentle vinyasa flows, and pose exploration, using foam bricks, straps, bolsters etc for feedback and as strengthening tools.

No experience is necessary.

This class is for complete beginners as well as for more experienced practitioners. It’s progressive, layered and modified to meet your needs wherever you’re at.

You’ll leave feeling calm and revitalised in a community of lovely people.
