Now for September’s player of the month. The award has been given to Jacob Warman.

Manager Jamie had this to say “This award could have gone to several players the whole team have been unreal. We knew we had to strengthen the back line after last season and Jacob has been the perfect signing. His composure on the ball and how solid he is has been a joy to watch. Well done Jacob keep up the hard work.”

Assistant Manager Tom had this to say “Jacob has been an absolute rock at the back. Proving great attitude, showing pure class throughout each match with never give up attitude. Can’t take it away from any of the other lads but Jacob just stood out in a great team.”

Yesterday saw us go through in the Shebar cup. We overcome a tricky Hythe Green team. The referee didn’t help things either with how poor he was. But the Swans made their chances count and walked away with another clean sheet. Incredible fight from the lads especially as we were down to 10 men for 50 minutes.

Next up we make the the trip to South Road in Hythe to face Hythe Green FC in the Shebar Cup. This should be a close game between a team in a division above us. We have had many close encounters with Hythe and we look forward to another tough battle. We hope our current form will give us a good boost to get the result and hopefully get a good cup run on the way.

Come down and support the lads.

Today’s managers player of the match could of gone to anyone but Reece pipped it with some amazing saves and controlled his area brilliantly. He was vocal and showed real leadership too ensuring the clean sheet was kept.

Today’s man of the match picked by Ashford Dynamo was Harvey Donnelly. Getting another hat trick after last week’s. Harvey is a real threat and caused the Dynamo back line a nightmare.
