Whether you struggle with anxiety, social pressure, or just want to feel more confident in yourself, this course will give you the tools to move, de-stress, and feel good in your own skin. A fun, supportive, small group space to explore how movement can boost your mental wellbeing and help you feel stronger inside and out.
