North Down Volleyball

We play volleyball, its our thing! We are mixed gender which trains all summer on the beach. Our Team Bangor Sharks.

We have 1 women's and 2 men's teams, and train in aurora, Bangor. During May right through to September period we also play volleyball on the Ballyholme beach. We can be out every night or depending on weather we can be out only on monday nights. Contact us to find out if we are heading out anytime soon. Usually we post on here if we are out but there could be that time we are just out in the spur of the moment.
