This is what nearly 2 years of consistency looks like β€οΈ
No crazy diets.
No cutting out everything she enjoys.
No spending hours in the gym.
Just turning up, putting the work in and trusting the process.
Lisa is now stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident than ever. She even runs now! πββοΈπͺ
The thing I love most isn't the physical changes.
It's seeing women feel confident enough to be proud of themselves again.

πͺ Here's a statistic that should make everyone stop and think...
After 30, we lose around 3-8% of our muscle mass every decade.
By our 80s, some people will have lost up to HALF of the muscle they had when they were younger.
Yet people still tell me they're "too old" to start strength training.
I'm going to be blunt...
If you spend decades doing nowt for your health, don't be surprised when you need other people to do things for you later.
Nobody wants a 20-year-old wiping their arse at 80.
I'd rather spend my later years travelling, chasing grandkids, getting outdoors and actually enjoying the retirement I've worked for.
Getting older is inevitable.
Becoming weak, frail and dependent isn't.
The choices you're making today are building the body you'll live in tomorrow. π

π Just a little update π
17 days to go until the Barnsley 10k and somehow we've already raised Β£520 for Breast Cancer Now.
I honestly thought Β£500 might be a bit ambitious when I set the fundraiser up, so to have gone past it already is amazing.
A massive thank you to everyone who's donated so far. Every donation, share and message means a lot.
This is a cause that's become very close to our hearts recently, which makes all the support even more appreciated β€οΈπ₯²
Now I just need to get myself round 10k in 17 days ππββοΈ
