We celebrated the annual hand over of the captain band 🥰
First we celebrated Ollie’s successful year as captain 🤩🏆🏆🏆🏆
Ollie then handed over to our new captain for the year …….. HARRY!!! ❤️🖤❤️🖤

Ollie is our goalkeeper and sometimes can have a very hard job! He never lets us down and always puts his all into every game! He’s saved our bums on multiple occasions 🤭❤️🖤

Well done to both Frankie and Leo for getting the most improved players award 🤩🏆🏆
A hard choice so the award was given to both of them 🤭
Frankie started with us this season and his confidence with the team has grown throughout, such a strong defender ❤️🖤
Leo always puts lots of effort in and is becoming stronger and stronger each week, very much a team player ❤️🖤

Well done to Super Striker Sam for getting top goalscorer (again 🤭) 🤩🏆
Scoring 60 goals this year but more importantly second best for assists! He’s improved his team playing so much this year ❤️🖤

This week we welcomed the new Wombwell Town U10 Blacks to the Wellers family in a friendly match🖤🖤

Going forward we will be known as Wombwell Town U10 Reds for the new season ❤️❤️

Well done to Ollie for getting man of the match 🏆 not only a solid performance in goal but he played out of the net and had a strong game in defence 🤩

And we even got not 1 … but 2!! … Goal celebrations from striker Sam (who gets a little shy to celebrate 🤭)
