💛 It’s Cystic Fibrosis Week! 💛

As a gymnastics club, we believe it’s so important to recognise and support causes that affect members of our community. This week, we’re proud to be raising awareness for cystic fibrosis and showing our support by wearing yellow. 🌼✨

We are so amazed by our lovely gymnasts who live with cystic fibrosis. Their determination, resilience, and positive attitude inspire us every day, and we’re honoured to have them as part of our club. 💛

We’d love for all of our gymnasts, families, and supporters to join us by wearing yellow this week. Together, we can help raise awareness and celebrate the strength of those living with CF.

Don’t forget to share your yellow outfits with us—we can’t wait to see everyone getting involved! 💛

Just a reminder that we are OPEN throughout half term, and our amazing holiday camps are running all week long too 💪🎉

With the heatwave sticking around, please remember these key things before coming along:

💧 Stay hydrated — bring a refillable water bottle and keep drinking throughout the day
👕 Wear appropriate clothing — light, breathable gymwear is best
🧡 Listen to your body — if you feel unwell, dizzy, or too hot, let a coach know straight away

WOW 🤩🔥 Our tumblers absolutely SMASHED the Regional & FIG Revolution Open Tumble Competition 2026 💥👏

We honestly could not be prouder of this amazing team 💙 Every single tumbler stepped onto the floor with confidence, determination and heart, showing just how hard they have worked in training. The dedication, resilience and support they show one another every week truly paid off this weekend, and watching them shine out on the competition floor was so special 🌟

Every athlete represented the club beautifully and gave it their all — and that is something to be incredibly proud of 💪✨

A powerful annual campaign led by the Alzheimer's Society to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and support everyone affected by dementia.

At Basingstoke Gymnastics Club, we’re proud to play our part by holding our Love to Move classes through our fun, age & dementia-friendly seated movement classes to music 🎶✨

A welcoming space to move, connect, smile, and feel good together 💃🪑

Our sessions are currently FREE for just a few more weeks — then only £5 per session after that.

Come join us, bring a friend, and let’s keep moving together 💙
