🌟 AEROBICS SQUAD SUPERSTAR: LOTTIE NEWSON! 🌟

We couldn’t be more proud to celebrate our wonderful Lottie! ✨

Lottie only joined the Aerobics Squad a few months ago, but she has already come such a long way! From learning a brand-new routine to working incredibly hard on her skills, she has thrown herself into every challenge with such a positive attitude. 💪🏼🌟

She has worked SO hard to improve her straddle lever, always gives 100% in every session and never stops trying to get that little bit better. Watching her confidence and skills grow has been so lovely! 🥰

But it’s not just her gymnastics that makes Lottie so special. 💕 She is such a kind, supportive and caring teammate, always being a brilliant friend to those around her and helping make the squad such a lovely place to be.

Lottie, you are an absolute pleasure to coach and we are so proud of everything you have achieved in such a short space of time! Keep working hard, keep smiling and keep being YOU! 🌟💜

Our women’s artistic friends from Sri Lanka came to visit! ✨

We were so excited to welcome our women’s artistic friends from Sri Lanka to Basingstoke Gymnastics Club for 10 days of training! 💙

BGC was delighted to host these young, talented gymnasts and give them the opportunity to train in our up-to-date facility, with access to all of the apparatus needed to develop, learn and flourish. 🤸‍♀️

They travelled with their coaches who brought with them so much enthusiasm, passion and love for Artistic Gymnastics. ❤️

The gymnasts trained incredibly hard every day, showing amazing commitment and determination, while also squeezing in a well-earned day off to explore London! ✨

During their time with us, they were coached by Anton , Carl and Anne , who loved having them in the gym and sharing their knowledge and experience.

They brought so much fun, energy and commitment to BGC, and it was a real pleasure having them train with us. We hope to welcome our friends from Sri Lanka back again in the near future! 💙

🌟 TEAMGYM SQUAD SUPERSTAR: THEA CARTER 🌟

Thea, we are SO incredibly proud of you! 💙

Your dedication, determination and hard work shine through every single session. With fantastic attendance, maximum effort and a constant desire to improve, you are always pushing yourself to learn new skills and become the best gymnast you can be. 💪🏼✨

But what makes you truly special is the person you are within the team. You are an amazing leader, a brilliant team player and always there to support your teammates. The junior team simply wouldn’t be the same without you! 🫶🏼

It has been so lovely watching your confidence grow recently — from becoming more socially confident and making everyone laugh, to absolutely shining on floor. 🌟 Seeing how much your confidence in choreography has grown has been incredible, especially knowing how hard you have worked to get there. You should be SO proud of yourself!

You have been working incredibly hard across tumble, trumpet, vault and floor, gaining new skills and improving your consistency and technique. And you take feedback on board so brilliantly! 👏🏼

Thea, you are an absolute pleasure to coach and such a special part of our TeamGym family. Keep believing in yourself and keep shining! 💙✨

Congratulations, Thea! 🌟

🌍✨ Aerobic World Championships! ✨🌍

Some of our amazing aerobic gymnasts travelled all the way to Spain to compete at the Aerobic World Championships and we couldn’t be prouder of them! 🇪🇸🤸‍♀️

⭐ Felix finished 18th in his first ever Senior World Championships — what an achievement!

⭐ Aerodance finished 13th, just 0.15 away from making the final! An incredible performance and so close to that final spot.

⭐ Our Senior Group finished 17th, delivering a lovely routine on the world stage and gaining some fantastic experience along the way.

A huge congratulations to everyone who represented themselves, the club and Great Britain with such pride. We are so proud of you all! 💙💛

☀️💙 What a busy summer at BGC! 💙☀️

Our gym was filled with international friends, new faces, hard work and plenty of gymnastics this summer! 🌍🤸‍♀️✨

🇬🇷 Our Greek friends came to visit!
We were delighted to welcome Apostolos Stavrianidis, Tumbling National Coach for Greece, and the Greek Tumbling National Team to Basingstoke for four days of training during August.

It was fantastic to see the team working hard, sharpening their skills and making the most of our facilities. We loved having you all in the gym and wish the whole team the very best of luck at the Age Group World Championships and Senior & Junior World Championships in China this November! 🇨🇳🤞🏼

🇱🇰 And our women’s artistic friends from Sri Lanka!
We were so excited to welcome a group of talented gymnasts and their coaches to BGC for 10 days of training! 💙

They trained incredibly hard every day, making the most of our facilities and learning from Anton Angeleski, Carl Dunne and Anne Bidmead. It was wonderful to see their commitment, enthusiasm and passion for gymnastics — with a well-earned day off to explore London too! 🇬🇧✨

We’ve loved welcoming our international gymnastics friends to Basingstoke this summer. 🌍💙

Thank you for choosing BGC as a place to train, learn and share your passion for gymnastics. We hope to see you all back in our gym again soon! 🥰🤸‍♀️✨
