Dive With Jimmy is running a Basic Freediving Course this Sunday (14th June) at Robinson Pool, 1-4pm. During the afternoon you will learn:
- breathing techniques both in and out of the water
- safe diving practices
- finning technique
- how to enter and exit the water safely
- how to look after you kit
By the end of the session, you will be qualified to freedive around the world up to depths of 5m. A great, safe introduction to the sport of freediving. Plus you only need to be 10 years old to do the course so it works well for children and adults!
Cost: £150 which includes online learning materials, all kit and equipment, entry to the pool and 3 hours of tuition.
