Pre-season friendly for our 1s today against Bedford 6s.

A very evenly matched game with the score still level at half time. Chiltern dominated the majority of the game but Bedford fought hard.

The goals started coming in the second half with Bedford scoring from open play. Holly then equalised moments later and then Bedford pushed back to tuck away another to take the score to 2-1.

Chloe scored in the dying seconds of the game to equalise - a far fairer result in our opinion.

Notable epic moves:
Lots of running from midfield - no mean feat in the temperatures we’ve had today 🥵

A goal line save from a short corner from Karen

A hand blocked shot by goalie Amii
