Medalist! Team NI's Gary McAllister will come home from Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games with at least a bronze medal.
He outclassed his heavyweight quarter final opponent, Ghana's Jibirl Muntari, to come away with the 5-0 win and a place on the podium.
Garyn, of North Down BC, boxes for an up-grade on Friday against Connor Williams of Wales.

Goals from Jaye Pearce, Graham Davison and Colin Tshuma seen us run out 3-0 winners in yesterday's game away to Willowfield 10th OB at Billy Neill.
A good strong competitive battle throughout the 90 minutes for both sides getting valuable minutes in the legs. Thanks to Willowfield Parish 10th Old Boys FC for the game and we wish them the best of luck for their upcoming season.

Everyone at Sandy Row Football Club would like to wish senior team player Garyn McAllister the best of luck as he takes to the ring in Glasgow to represent Northern Ireland at the Commonwealth Games.
Garyns journey has already been a fantastic one, and to be choosen to represent your country at such a prestigious event is a reward he thoroughly deserves.
We know he'll do everyone proud and showcase the ability he has on one of the biggest stages possible.

A good run out for the lads yesterday in our first pre season game of the new campaign. Valuable minutes in the legs in tough conditions.

The seniors return to match action day with our first game of pre season away to Fermanagh & Western Division 1 side Lisbellaw United.
After a good few weeks of pre season the boys will be delighted to get back on the pitch and start their preparations for the season ahead.
