Welcome to Abbey Gymnastics C.I.C, Northern Ireland Club of the Year 2018 & 2011/12. Everyone involved with Abbey Gymnastics wants to promote a friendly, healthy, sociable environment in which all gymnasts will thrive. The Centre operates a development programme, which offers a structured teaching programme for children and adults of various abilities, from complete beginner to advanced and competition standard gymnasts.

Looking for some extra time in the gym? Our Open Gym sessions are the perfect chance for gymnasts to practise their skills, work independently and have some fun!

📅Every Saturday
⏰2-3pm
👧Ages 7+
👥Open to Abbey members & non-members

⚠️IMPORTANT – BG INSURANCE REQUIRED

All gymnasts attending Open Gym must have British Gymnastics insurance.

• Abbey members will already have their insurance linked to the club.
• Non-members will need to provide proof of valid BG insurance before attending.
• If you already have BG insurance but Abbey Gymnastics isn’t listed as your club, please add Abbey to your BG account before attending.

📲Booking is essential!
All gymnasts must be booked onto the session before coming along. No drop-ins, please.

2️⃣Add your gymnast to the account/head to the Pro Shop and purchase your Open Gym Pass

🎉ONE 2-hour open session — come along at any time between 10am–12pm that suits you!

There’s no need to rush in for a specific session time, arrive whenever works best and enjoy 2 hours of fun in the gym!

🥨Snack & drinks break at 11am
Snacks and drinks will be provided by the club for you and your little one.

We are SO excited to welcome everyone back to the gym for another amazing year💙💚

Before coming along to your first class, please make sure you:

✨Double check your account
Please log into your Abbey Gymnastics account and make sure all your details are correct and up to date.

📋Check your policies
All important gymnast and family policies must be accepted before your gymnast can attend class.

👨‍👩‍👧Parents must stay in the gym at drop-off
Parents/guardians should remain in the gym when dropping gymnasts off. Coaches may need to speak to you regarding account set-up or any missing information.

🚨Important!
Gymnasts cannot be admitted into class if their account is missing important details or required policy agreements.

Please speak to a member of the team before your gymnast’s class and we’ll be happy to help!

🌟That’s a wrap for the summer🌟

The gym is now officially closed and will reopen on Monday 31st August🤸‍♀️

We’re so excited to get ready for Term 1 and welcome everyone back. While you’re enjoying your week off, our coaches will be busy in the gym training and getting everything ready for the start of the new term✨

Looking for something fun to do with your little one tomorrow morning?! Need to burn off some toddler energy and get out of the house? Parent and Toddler is running Friday 21st August⭐️

✨ Free play across the gym
✨ A range of apparatus to climb, crawl, roll and explore
✨ Songs at the end (always a BIG hit with the little ones🎶)

It’s relaxed, friendly and all about learning through play, confidence building and having fun together💚

✨TeamGym Development ✨

Our TeamGym Development gymnasts have been working SO hard lately💪🏼

We’ve started introducing some floor skills and most excitingly we have started to work on their somersaults off trampette🤩

It’s amazing to see their confidence grow as they learn new skills and challenge themselves🌟

So proud of the effort they’re putting in💪🏼🤸‍♀️
