Queen's Basketball Club The Queen’s Club was formed in 1991. The Queen’s Club is based in Queen’s PEC. Our catchment area is the greater Belfast district.
We have boys and girls Under 10, 12, 14, 16 & 18 competing in the local Ulster leagues. We also have players, in each age group, representing the Queen’s Club, on Ulster teams, on the Schools Area Board Development teams and on Irish teams. We run a summer camp each year in Queen's PEC where we coach approximately 150 children. This is an opportunity to improve the skills of our current players an

We are so proud of our U14A Boys who reached the All Irelands, topped their group on Day 1, and earned their place in the A Division on Day 2. They didn’t come home with the win, but they were absolutely outstanding.

AICC is one of Irish basketball’s flagship annual competitions, showcasing the strongest club teams from across the country. After a tough opening day, Queens regrouped, pushed through to the next stage, and then delivered three statement wins, overcoming Longford Phoenix in the quarter-final, Tramore in the semi-final, and Donegal Town in the final.
