🤲 Amy fell in love with aerial hoop as a student in Polercise over a decade ago and began teaching in 2019. She strives to create an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace and have fun doing it. She loves to help students unlock strength and build confidence in their bodies.

🔊 Exciting news .... Aerial Hoop is making a comeback to our schedule for new term starting week commencing 24th August.

💪 We will be starting off with a beginner level class..... If there are any experienced hoopers out there who would like to see a higher level added, please drop us a DM expressing your interest.

👀 In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled for instructor and schedule updates.

🔊 Tomorrow classes are scheduled to go ahead as normal. We advise you leave yourself PLENTY of time to get to the studio given there may be some traffic disruptions due to the parades. Alternatively PLEASE feel free to cancel your session on the app within our 12 hour policy and you will be credited with a class pass to book into another suitable session this week.
