Chelsea 0-2 Spurs
Absolutely sickening performance & result.
Worst performance of the season. Spurs were in the relegation zone with just 1 win prior to this game & this is the performance we give.
I love Xabi & believe in him 100%. But today I have criticise his selection.
1. With Joao Pedro out injured, the logical thing was to start Welback. Why start with a false 9?
2. Why start Quenda ahead of Estevao in such a crucial game?? What has Estevao done to deserve this?
Palmer lost his head completely. He could have been send off for his reckless reaction. Luckily he just got away with a yellow. Still he managed to make another needless tackle & get send off. We have to learn to grind out results when the team is struggling. That comes down to mentality. We don't have the mentality monsters like Drogba, Lampard, Terry etc that we had in the past. We can't keep getting red cards like this. Xabi must w**d this out.
Absolutely horrible feeling losing to Spurs that too at home.
